EXCLUSIVE Cocktail Recipe: KAKADU CITRUS FIZZ

A sparkling, citrus-forward cocktail that brings a burst of Australian flavours with every sip!



This refreshing creation combines the bold botanicals of Kendor Kakadu Plum Gin with freshly squeezed lime juice and Finger Lime Syrup for a vibrant, zesty base. Topped with sparkling white wine and soda water, it’s light, effervescent, and perfect for those moments when you’re feeling a little fancy.

Garnished with fresh mint leaves and a spoonful of finger lime pearls, each sip offers a refreshing burst of citrus that dances on your palate. Enjoy this bubbly delight as you watch the sun set, cocktail in hand, savoring a taste of Australian summer.


KAKADU CITRUS FIZZ


  • 45ml Kendor Kakadu Plum Gin

  • 15ml Freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 10ml Finger Lime Syrup (or substitute with Simple Syrup)

  • 60ml Sparkling White Wine (preferably Australian)

  • 30ml Soda Water

  • Fresh mint leaves

  • Finger lime pearls (for garnish)

  • Ice


  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine Kendor Kakadu Plum Gin, lime juice, and Finger Lime Syrup. Add ice and shake well.

  2. Strain the mixture into a large wine glass filled with ice.

  3. Add Sparkling White Wine and Soda Water, and gently stir to combine.

  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a spoonful of finger lime pearls on top for a burst of citrusy flavour.

  5. Enjoy your Kakadu Citrus Fizz while soaking in the beauty of an Australian sunset.
